Contrary to previous devices, this instrument can not only record the state of 1 or 2 teeth, but can even display the structure of the entire upper and lower jaw within a few seconds.

Thanks to the advancements of digital technology, you can get a treatment suggestion for your dental problem in minutes based on the image of the display by consulting with your dentist. The image taken by the panoramic dental X-Ray can be especially effective and useful prior to root canal treatments, oral surgery interventions, orthodontic processes and septic workup. A number of problems which recently meant a difficult task for dentists can be revealed. With digital panoramic X-Ray, it is easier to detect any possibly hidden dental caries, teeth which haven’t been developed fully or developing in a wrong direction, and pieces of broken teeth that may have been the result of an accident.

It is important to note that it is a very useful help before the various types of dental implants and prostheses: with panoramic X-Ray, the bone structure, thickness and other characteristic parameters of the jaw can be easily visualized. Taking a panoramic X-Ray is also recommended if you have a gingival bleeding since the local features of the gum recession are also displayed on the recordings.

There is only one case when panoramic X-Ray is not recommended: if you are pregnant. In other cases, you only need to take a few steps in our clinic and we take the recording with our state-of-the-art Kodak panoramic dental X-Ray machine.
